Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods without providing any reason.

Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for your original purchase. No additional refund processing fees will be charged.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
- Purchased within the last 7 days.
- Returned in its original packaging.
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products that deteriorate quickly or have expired.
- Items that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed.
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions where permitted by law.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds.
Products purchased on sale or discount are not refundable, unless required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and the risk of returning products.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Refunds can only be processed after we receive the returned goods or valid proof of delivery.
Gift Returns
If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item once the return has been received.
If the gift was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the purchaser received the order before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
